At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, 6 staff members in on the facility page did not have current bloodborne pathogens training documented in MERIT. At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, the director and 4 other staff members listed in MERIT did not have a current CPR/First aid training documented in MERIT. At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, 5 staff listed in on the facility page did not have a current Food Handlers card documented in MERIT.
